No problem at all on this end. Had you ordered Design Premium there would
be no problem. Sounds like your usual technical incompetence.
His beta software serial number has run out and you're blaming him, Snit Jr.?

As usual you are technically clueless about what is going on. It was clearly stated that the suite he ordered wouldn't be available for awhile yet he ordered it anyhow and is complaining because his beta serial number expired. Adobe all along had stated that the beta would expire upon Photoshop CS3 release.
