Who says? You? You're hardly a shining example of humanity.

If Jobs chooses to "give back" to the human race that's volunteerism
and is commendable. What you are describing is self-sacrifice because
you are implying a "requirement" to do so.

Should he do it? No, he shouldn't *have* to do anything. But if and
when he does that's *his* business. Personally I can't sand that Bill
Gates does what he does because it seems like so much PR bull***..
"look at me.. I'm a swell guy.. I'm giving back to the community.. I
even started a whole FOUNDATION to do so". Meh.. whatever. Do it
because you want to, not to make yourself look good.

I know organizations who have received donations from both Jobs and Woz...
neither makes it a big public deal. Heck, in the case of Jobs he did so
with few people knowing it was him - and, no, of course I will not give
details... he did not want them known and I will not go against that. Just
say that unless he hand picked that one organization and ignored other
similar ones he likely donates a sizable chunk of money (though not as much
as Gates...)
