So,Vistahas less market share than OSX and still has more security
flaws? There goes that secure through obscurity nonsense.

except vista has higher market share than os x, not less. heck, ms
has shipped more copies of vista than os x has for an INSTALLED BASE,
nevermind market share.

How many of those you count in the "installed base" for Vista are actually
in the hands of customers?

perhaps you didn't notice, but i *SPECIFICALLY* mentioned the copies
ms has *shipped* outstrips the installed base of os x. but it's
pretty clear that the number of copies (of vista) in customer hands
will be higher than that of os x within the next month if it isn't
already (which by itself shoots down sandman's argument, as
anticipated base is just as good for malware authors. they probably
like to plan ahead too. ;P ).

OK. When you include planning ahead, even if Vista is not "bigger" than OS X
now it will be soon.

Check the headers to make sure this is not from Individual.net

? There is no known malware that attacks OS X in the wild
? There are two general types of PCs: Macs and PCs (odd naming conventions!)
? Mac OS X 10.x.x is a version of Mac OS
