I had the "opportunity" to spend half a day working on a
friend's brand new, super-shiny, super-glassy, oh-so-blah new
Vista computer today. I am so happy to be back to my Mac.
Horrid. Brand new computer, but super slow. Trivial example:
screen saver is running, move the mouse to bring it back, screen
flashes the new UI, then goes black, wait 30-40 seconds for it
to come back again and be usable. This is on a brand new HP
desktop that shipped with Vista. Unbelievable.



The Bull*** Detector is going off the charts on this one.... I think she's gonna break!!
