and 3.0 megabits/second. It was plausible that you just misspoke the
units, and said 15 gig instead of 15 meg, and similar for the 30. Some
places in the US have fiber to the home, and I think can get that kind
of bandwidth. Also, some places in Asia and Europe are way ahead of the
US in getting higher speeds to the home, so non-US readers might also
think 15 meg and 30 meg were plausible. (I believe 100 mbit/second is
available in Japan for around what we'd pay for 5 or 6 in the US, for
example).
