per year, for four different incidents. Windows upgrades are just as
free as Mac upgrades
Why are you comparing Apple OS upgrades with some (unknown) Dell service
plan? Most new systems come with 3 year onsite warranty included, or at
a low cost. What is the $239 a year for? Calling them for 3rd party
software problems?
