Now I'm sure many Maccies will rush in here screaming that its Foxconn
doing the suing not Apple. Its not like that matters. Apple provides
enough of their business that it almost impossible that they didn't
get Apple's ok to proceed with this.

It's just another way of a large corporation, "crushing" opposition to
human
rights protests. You can bet Apple is in the background pushing.

On behalf of its customers, who prove time and time again to
corporations that thay will not pay more for the same thing made in an
'ethical' way. If they did, everything would be 'ethical'.

Exactly! Its consumer as well as corporate greed that forces companies
to use Chinese contractors. Everybody has to do it to keep competitive.
I doubt if most companies have any idea what the working conditions at
their Asian subcontractors are like for the workers. So if these
Windroids want someone to blame, blame companies like Wal-Mart and
Target who place such heavy cost demands on their suppliers that they
are FORCED to use the cheapest labor possible. So, the next time they
want to blame Apple for using Foxconn, ask them who they think built
that Rival crockpot they just bought at Wal-Mart at that great price. I
wished that Apple and a thousand other companies didn't build things in
China too. Hell, I wished rainwater was beer, but its not. The irony is
that the very Windroids like zara and Pratt who are always reminding us
that Winboxes are so much cheaper than Macs are the people who are
responsible for all this manufacturing in Chinese sweatshops. Do these
idiots imagine that these $300 Winboxes that they are always touting as
the reason why Macs are overpriced would be $300 without being built by
Asian peasants working in what we would call poor conditions for long
hours at twelve-cents per hour? Don't they have sense enough to
understand how hypocritical their attitudes are? Of course they don't.
