No, it's a libel issue.

The two are pretty closely linked, but it is more accurate to call it a
libel issue. Is is not accurate to imply that Apple iniated the
lawsuit as "retaliation" for the sweatshop claims, which is what Mayor
did. Of course, he's just trollin', but I decided to bite.
