Now I'm sure many Maccies will rush in here screaming that its Foxconn
doing the suing not Apple. Its not like that matters. Apple provides
enough of their business that it almost impossible that they didn't
get Apple's ok to proceed with this.

Cuss, discuss and pretend its ok because Apple is involved.

Sort of a biased article since Fonconn does build stuff for many more companies
than Apple but Apple was the only company mentioned.
