No, it's just that Mac owners can't afford to upgrade as often as do PC
owners.

Please show support for this. If anything, Mac owners tend to be better
educated and have more money.

But where is support for that statement?

I do not know of any recent studies, if I have time I will look up the older
ones...

I know a lot of wealthy people that own PCs. Most likely is that they
don't know about the inherent problems with PCs aren't there in Macs.

I only wish I could get a decent fortran compiler at a low cost for the
PPC Mac. I got one for free from Intel running Linux x86 tho.

Oh well... back to fill-in job at the nursing home... lunch over.

Enjoy... back to lesson planning for me.

Damn! Back hurts like hell... those riding lawnmowers are hard on the back.

I would assume from the vibrations? Years ago (high school, actually) I was
the president of MGM (Michael Glasser Mowing). I did - with some friends -
14 yards, but we did it with just a push mower (and weed eater and the
like). Especially in Las Vegas where it gets 105+ on a fairly regular basis
that was pretty hellish work, but I earned decent money and learned a lot
about work ethics and the like (a neighborhood kid went around undercutting
me on the 7 or so jobs I did around my house - even though he charged 1/2
what I did *every* one of those people came back to me after he did their
yard 1 or 2 times). It was a good lesson on how people value a quality job
- I was not willing to get into a price war with him but was still able to
keep my customer base.

It was this YardMan, the green bug, that bounced a lot. If your back isn't in shape, then it will hurt later.

Where are we going?
And why am I in this handbasket?
