Is Windows 98 SE More Secure Than OS X?

Just looking at security information on Secunia. It has some
interesting information. For years we've been hearing Mac zealots parrot the
fact that there are 114,000 viruses for the PC(not Windows but the PC) and
only one or none for Mac OS X. Well shouldn't we apply this to the security
threats also?

Boy it seems to me that between 2003 and 2006 there were 67 advisories
for OS X and 25 for Windows 98 SE. Does this mean that Windows 98 SE is
almost three times as secure as OS X?
Now this post was made to show the Mac zealots and everyone else that no
computer is 100% secure. I don't think that one OS is just plain secure. The
user has to make that system secure. Some OSes make it easier than others
and others benefit from obscurity.
