Can you Mac Jihad tell me and the guys at MacMegaSite what you did to
magically get the Targus mouse working right out of the box. Everyone
else that buys it is having the same problem that I am. Only you Mac
Jihad got the special version. Where are you buying this "special"
version and can you inform the rest of us and the rest of the Mac
community?

Why do you have to get the Targus mouse working? There are plenty of
other, quality, mice that work.
You sound like some petty dictator who sends engineers off to work
themselves to death in the mines when they tell him that something can't
be done.
Look, if using a Targus mouse, instead of some other mouse, is of
central importance to the work that you do -- you're working for some
insane rich person with lots of money and an aversion to mice not made
by Targus -- then buy yourself a fucking Windows computer, do the job,
get your money, and stop complaining about it.
But if some other aspect of the tool is of greater importance and the
brand name of the mouse is not spelled out in your contract, then have a
nice cup of shut the *** up and get the computer and mouse that fills
your needs, whatever that is.
By the way, HP, MacAlly, Kensington, and Logitech USB mice all work fine
on a Mac. Any sane person would get one of those instead of trying to
raise all this ruckus. Grow up!
The discussion revolves around "all mice work" on a mac.
That was a metaclaim made by the Windroids.
Then it was "most
mice work" on a mac.
This works for me.
Now we're down to "some" mice work on a mac.
We are? Who said that?
Pretty soon it will be, a "few" mice work on a mac. That's about where the
truth lies.
You could actually prove that if you wanted to. It's a sort of numerical
statement. Why don't you do some real science and put some numbers where
your mouth is?
