After due consideration, I have come to the inescapable conclusion that
our current group of trolls: Stewie, Muahman, and zara as well as their
various sockpuppets: Yorge, "Sockpuppet", et al, troll simply because
they lack the breadth and depth of knowledge, coupled with an
insufficient intelligence to actually DEBATE these issues. All they can
do is hit and run after spending untold hours searching for any negative
articles that they can find about Apple and the Mac. The funny part is
that they are so clueless that the "ammunition" that they find is
usually wrong, hoplessly out of date, or laughingly off-target. One good
example is the "revelation" that one of them came up with earlier this
week about Gates having bought $150 million in non-voting Apple stock.
The poster was so clueless that he didn't know that (a) this happened
almost a decade ago, (b) MS no longer owns any of this Apple stock, (c)
The stock gave Gates & Co, NO power over Apple, (d) $150 million wasn't
a drop in the bucket to a company who had $4-billion in the bank, and
(e) was partially punitive, and partially a technology sharing agreement
and a guarantee for continued MS support for Office. IOW, the poster did
not know what he was posting, was completely wrong in his conclusions
and he never admitted it when shown to have egg on his face. This is
typical of our trolls. They are mental midgets who can only bite at our
ankles and run like the cowardly curs that they are.
While your choice of computing HW is sorely misguided, you writing style
continues to entertain.
