CompUSA isn't going to offer Starter Edition version of Vista any more
than it offers the Starter Edition version of XP.
The Starter Editions of XP and Vista are low priced (and therefore, low
featured) versions only offered in developing countries where the
population by-and-larger is not able to afford the other versions.
Those in the developing countries that can afford the other versions
can still buy them.
