That's correct in that Safari rendered the first page faster, but as a
browser it's unsatisfactory compared to FF/Win or Maxthon because, as
background pages are rendering, it's significantly slower than either
of the other two browsers.
It also hangs unexplicably (beachballs) from time to time when pages
in other windows are rendering, defeating the entire purpose of tabs.
