First of all, the term "reasonable Christian" is an oxymoron. Secondly,
anyone who believes the "Adam and Eve" story is a moron without the
"oxy" part!

That's one of the stupidest things I've ever read. Probably, 99%+ of all
human genetic code predates the species by eons. Hell, almost half your
DNA you have in common with a banana, fer crissake. Remember man wasn't
just planted here like a geranium, human evolution took place over
millions of years with many genetic dead-ends before Cro-Magnon man
appeared on the scene.

He PREACHES! Somebody get me a harpoon, so that I can deflate this whale!

Yaddah, yaddah, yaddah. Tell me what are you Christers gonna do in
heaven for all eternity? Sit around and contemplate you navel - wait,
you won't have a body, so you won't have a navel. Lesseee, no computers
in heaven, that lets surfin' the web and wasting time on UseNet out. No
cars, ***! I can't even drive fast. No TV or radio in heaven, I
suspect. I doubt if heaven has a decent library - or any, for that
matter. Copulating, being a sin, is out too I'd suspect. Sounds like a
pretty boring place to me. And for all eternity, too. Tsk, tsk.

Whoopee! I can hardly wait (Yawn).

Wow! I wonder if that Divine Vision is better than "I Love Lucy" re-runs?

Whataload of crappola. You actually believe this juvenile nonesense?

Neither one is very satisfying to a modern human. Now 2000 years ago
when the average Joe's life was a short, endless burden of toil and
misery, such a vision of paradise might have been appealing (as in the
end to his endless drudgery) but frankly, these days, most people's
current lives are more interesting and fulfilling than this vision of
"Paradise."

Why don't you just become a preacher? Maybe you can find someone who
actually is interested in hearing this claptrap. Because I'll tell, you,
you're just wasting bandwidth with it here.
