If you're referring to 'PC' as a Windows box, then you are incorrect.
You are however correct in saying that the Internet is not built on Mac
either... If you knew one bit about the Internet you'd know it's built
mostly on Unix-type boxes, including all varients of Unix, Linux,
FreeBSD (Unix), etc. You'll see some ISP's ran on Windows, mostly ones
ran by noob Admin's who don't want to learn how to manage a server, but
if you looked at the big boys (Google, Yahoo, etc) plus the core DNS
servers that make-up the Internet, you won't find a Windows server in
the mix.
