some new batteries take awhile to set, if it's still doing that 2 months
from now it might be a problem, but with a new battery, new device, it's

ah, no... apple on its own page says ipod owners get ONE complimentary
support call during the first 90 days. so you are lying from here on out.

it was your mistake for not searching the web for such a minor problem,
calling is expensive. apple can't field 6 million calls every 90 days,
think about it. use the web, or ipodlounge or apple's online ipod
support forums, call doesn't make sense unless you have a real hardware
problem.
