I'd say most Windows PC users still use PS/2 mice and keyboards as
Windows support for USB is still not complete, apparently. Windows
machines still won't see a USB mouse/keyboard if they are plugged-in
after the machine boots, and if you are using two machines and sharing a
USB Keyboard, USB Mouse, and a monitor between the two via a KVM switch,
and if you switch away from a Windows machines and it goes to sleep
while you are switched to the other machine, when you switch back to the
Windows box, you'll never get it wake up because it will never see the
USB mouse/Keyboard again. You have to reboot to get it working or keep a
PS/2 mouse connected to the PC at all times.
