Gotta agree with George on this one.
However, this is nothing new, and unfortunately nothing will change.
Just like we've been sending money to impoverished 3rd world countries
(instead of helping our own poor), it seems that the people in charge
are too busy trying to earn brownie points with foreign countries to
actually do what's good for America.
