You mean in the way Apple has included Safari features as selling
points of Mac OS X? 14 of your 200 "new features" on your referenced
Web page are Safari features.

Lots of those features may be new to you Maccies, but they've been in
Windows already for sometime:
"Safari RSS
Archive a Web Page
Save the HTML and images for the current web page on your hard drive
with just a few clicks."
Not only is that a Safari feature that's being counted as a Mac OS X
"selling point," it existed in IE for Windows for years already.
"Burnable Folders
Burn a CD or data DVD directly from the Finder by quickly creating a
"burn folder" where you can drag and drop the files you want to
save. "
Windows has that already, except without the need to create a "burnable
folder." Just drag your files or folders right to the burner icon.
"Firewall Log
Keep a log of all firewall activity, such as blocked sources, blocked
destinations and blocked attempts. "
Logging is now a brand new feature for Mac OS X? Really?
This is yet another "new feature" you won't see listed for Vista
because... wait for it... Windows has already had it for a long time.
There are lots more like the above. Have fun finding them. :-)
