You're comparing a proof-of-concept trojan that took years to come up
with for OS X, to a *virus* proof-of-concept for an OS in a beta
program started just a couple of weeks ago and has a user base of
around 10K.

Microsoft has stripped feature after feature from this OS which was
already the "half-way between Whislter and Blackcomb", and now is
pushing "security" as the big reason for people to upgrade, and it
can't last 2 weeks in a private beta without someone creating an
isolated virus?

I mean come on, how much more can they strip the new features before
it's a downgrade from XP...actually, that might be a good thing!

As it stands now, the Vista retail box designers are probably
scratching their heads on how they can make design the whole thing
around icons that preview file contents and praying that one last
feature makes the final cut.
