OK to leave a laptop permanently running?
I'm looking to buy a laptop to record the output of a number of security
cameras positioned around my house. The laptop woul be left running
continuously, 24/7. Is this OK to do?
I have not purchased the laptop yet. I'm thinking of buying a used machine
about 4 or 5 years old. Are any particular brands that are better able to
withstand continuous running?
Thanks..
