If my crystal ball wasn't away for an upgrade, I might have been able to
answer your question.

Instead you will have to provide more details the old fashioned way (i.e.
put them here). Details such as exact model number (dv8000 is just a series
number); what is wrong with the keyboard; what the other related problems
are etc. etc.
