Anything to invent an application?

This is not a laptop specific question, but I'll ask here anyway, as there appears to be no vista specific group.

Is there any way to turn an application upside-down - in particular Windows Media player, so I can see a video upside-down?

I have some videos of chess games, which show white at the bottom (as is common in chess books). But it is often preferable to view a chess game from side one wishes to play, so if that is black, I would rather turn the application upside down.
