If they offered to fix them before the class action, then there would have
not been a class action filed.

Amen! Toshiba does nothing for free unless their asses are put to the
fire; ie the lawsuit. But whatever the reason is for their
cooperation, they did fix my dead M35X, which is running as good as
new now, so I won't bitch too much.....until it breaks again :)
