No, he did not. YOU failed to read what the site says above UPGRADE OFFER. I just installed the program, entered the supplied code after registering and pushed ahead the date on my machine by two years without impact.

The program appears to be very similar, extremely similar to PM. At least, just by looking at it. I will test it further.
