dell c600 power up problem XP pro
After pressing the power on from standby, unit starts to power up (green
light on) for 5 secs then powers down. This is intermitent. If I unplug for
approx 1 min unit will start up normally, less than 1 min and it does the
same 5 sec power down. Battery is not connected.
