I was able to get a 1 gig usb stick that works fine. and carries

I cant access it or "install" it. Says I have to do that from
dos. I tried the winxp/pro dos floppkes I created and they cant
even see the F: drive. So I tried an original WIN95 sys boot
floppy and it cant see the F: drive either. The f: stick was
formatted as FAT. Maye I better reformat it as 32 bit and start
over. Any ideas appreciated.

You're giving mixed messages. The "usb stick that works fine" works fineI copied the OEM95 stuff over into the F: (usb) drive from my external
with what? And doesn't work with what else?
Win 95 doesn't have any native USB support. And what little support MS
added on for it is very proprietary. If you are trying to install an OS
from a USB device that it is isn't designed to recognize that ain't
going to work, unless maybe your BIOS supports booting from a memory
stick.

CDRom Drive. It went into the USB F: drive okay, but now to access
the contents of F: drive (win95) I have to somehow "install" or
"setup" the drive and cant find out how to do it. Tried the
winxp dos boot disk I created but it cant even see the F: drive.
Then from inside winxp "RUN" cmd I tried
F:`setup (no help) so tried F:`install still no action.
Dont know which way to get it installed.
