Laptop - eye strain

Hi

I need a new laptop, i will only use it for writing. So i only want it
with Word, the net, email and anti-virus software. My main concern is
the screen, i get sore eyes and want the laptop that will be the best
for my eyes. I would greatly appreciate any advice on this.
