Hi Ayshetral and welcome to HTFC
You may well be right in suspecting something over-heating, but first
are you sure you are not running out of memory, should show some
indication in task manager if this is the case and put a log in the
event viewer with the date and time.

Have you checked the Error logs in event viewer in Systems and
Maintenance these just might give you a clue rather than stripping it
down.

Would any high temperature be shown in the bios under something like
System Health, may even give you the fans RPM...?
