Beginning dump of physical memory... Physical memory dump

This is most of the technical info that I recorded with pen and paper.
I'm not in the IT profession, so don't really know what all of this
means. Microsoft Online Crash Analysis reports the problem as a
conflict with a device driver.... I have troubleshooted this with
Dell and have had no luck. Peformed hardware diagnostic
troublshooting the video card and have removed Ram physically and
reinstalled.

Dell says it is more than likely a corrupted partition of Windows XP. If I reinstall Windows, it should fix the problem. My problem is I'm
approaching my 21 days to return the laptop real soon. I can't
afford to reinstall the OS and then discover more problems after the
return period is up. Any advice would be appreciated!

No, the stop error number 0x000000D1 indicates the typical driver error, as does protcyls.sys. If you have installed USB devices I suspect one of them as the source. These can be difficult to track down. I think that I would return the unit rather than spending the time to correct it also.
