iGo Juice AC input pins request

I have an iGo Juice adaptor for my laptop, however, in one of my out of
town trip I inadvertently left the AC power cord at the hotel. By the
time I noticed it, the hotel cannot find it. I can make a plug that
will fit the 5-pin connector, but I need to know the pin out. Can
anyone help? Here's an ascii version of the pin out with a couple of
the pins identified:

What are the other 3 pins? I am thinking they are AC gnd, and AC1 and
AC2 but i need to know for sure. Thanks.
