Hi

I seem to have lost my com 1 serial port. I have an interface which uses
this port and when I try and start the program that uses this interface I
get a dialogue box sayingCom 1 could not be found....Close/Ignore.

I have looked in Control Panel/Device manager and there is no COM/LPT Port
listed any more.

Anyone got any idea what has happened or how I can get it back?

I am using a Dell CPi Latitude Laptop with Windows XP Pro
