Thanks for your comments.
The machine weighs 6.3 lbs which I find to be about average. The Turion
64 bit processor is supposed tohave a "power down" feature to conserve
energy.... let's see if it really does. I bought a 64 bit thinking about
Windows Vista and upgrading the OS next year. I just going to use it for
office / internet business. Not gaiming So I feagure the DDR should be
adecuated.
Any comments about the general quality of Gateway laptops?
