So! Did you look in the wan section of the router set-up. Are you getting an
ip address from Shaw?
If not, contact them and ask for a reset because you have a new device or
check for a mac clone option on the router.
I set a wireless router up on Shaw in Victoria and had to clone the
computer's mac address as the isp didn't automatically add a new one. How
you do it on that model will have to be researched in the manual.
