GRX560 Not Powering up
My Sony Vaio GRX560 is not showing any sign of life. Three out of the 4
LED's remain lit solid. Both CPU and the system fan not turning. No
beep heard.I just replaced flat cable connects to power. It has one 256
MB RAM in slot A.
where should I start to look why its not powering up...??
