Look at the sticker on the board. It says LTN150P2 - that is a Samsung
15" SXGA+, not SXGA LCD. Something on your inverter is configured for
the wrong display size.

Take a look at the old and new inverters and compare them in detail. I
think you'd be best off looking at the three resistor spaces labeled
RA, RB, RC since they look like configuration jumpers to me. The pic
you showed me has RB shorted with a 0 ohm resistor and RA, RC open.
Copy that configuration on your new inverter. See if the problem is
fixed.
