Bootable CD for Acer Aspire 1362LC

Hello,
I wanted to reinstall Windows XP on this computer, but I found only 2 CDs -
first and second Recovery CDs, but I can't do the reinstall because I don't
have a Bootable CD. The Installation copy on a hidden partiotion doesn't
work, because some partition software broke it. I don't know, how big the
Bootable CD is, but if it is less than 10 MB, would somebody be so king and
send me the ISO of this CD, or show me, how will I be able to einstall the
system without Bootable CD?..
