1.7 GHz vs 2 GHz

Hi

I would like to know the difference between a 1.7GHz (533MHz FSB)
and a 2 GHz (533MHz FSB) pocessor. Would I experience the difference in
speeds of two pcs with these configurations? Or Would there be no
difference in the speeds as both have 533 MHz FSB?
Also, it would be good if you could explain what 533 MHz Front side bus
means.

Thanks.
