I do not have first hand experience in doing that but possibly someone could confirm that Ghost or TrueImage would help you do that. Personally, I have done it with TrueImage BUT I deleted first the hidden partition after burning recovery CDs (totally unnecessary actually if you have as is my case a run of the mill XP disk).
