Hi!
Of course, the latest version of GEOS, breadbox, is available
for $99. You know how likely I am to spend $100 + ship to
use this in its current form, though? Zilch.
I'm pretty sure they don't get a lot of orders for that. (Although I
could be wrong. I've been surprised before.)
I saw a motherboard with integrated Intel Atom cpu on
sale on Newegg for half that.
Intel's D945GCLF/D945GCLF2?
It's a nice board as far as these things go. I have both variants and
have been threatening for a while to build a perfect low power web
server out of one.

I doubt that either have the capacitors you seek given their price
level. A lot of the problems with the "electrolytic capacitor plague"
came from an incomplete stolen formula used by capacitor makers. Bad
caps still show up from time to time, but it's more a question of
cheap parts or bad engineering. An Intel motherboard should not suffer
those problems.
