TP360CE troubles..

I just scored a ThinkPad 360CE today. It's been pretty odd... when I
got it it only had a 602 error, and only if you tried to boot from
floppy. I opened it up to clean it out, and put it back together. It
only would come up once after putting it back together. So I looked
around again, put it back together. Sure enough, it fired up once and
only once. For some reason it gets fixed for one power cycle when I
reassemble it. Any ideas?
