Good CPU benchmark program?

Hello All,
Before upgrading my 7541 (Industrial, with a 50Z planar inside) with
the IBM-branded Hypertec 286-to-486SLC2 I was wondering a good CPU benchmark
to show the performance difference. Among the Kingston "386Now!" files is a
"SPEED200.EXE" that will at least show comparable results to the Kingston
upgrade. Although it would take longer (an opening in my schedule maybe a
couple weeks from now), I do have a handful of CPU upgrades I could go
through (and I have to outline the Hypertec board too).
