IBM Server 325 8639-ej0 Pci-Setting Bios Problem

Hello all,
I have got this old Server Machine, Dual-Pentium Pro
now I wanted to install some Pci-Cards (Graphic and Sound),
but the Bios doesn't give IRQs to them (to found this out, took me hours)
in Bios, at 'PCI Interrupt Requests', I can only change the Irq for the Scsi and Ethernet Onboard-Adapter,
the Entrys for the Pci-Slots are greyed-out to '[Automatic]',if I try it to change, it seems to be possible, but the Changes are overrided at Reboot
the Biosversion is RAET46AUS Revision 11 (as shown at Bootscreen),
I searched the Web for that, but I found nothing,
and IBM has deleted all related Docs and Files about this Model
is there any known Solution ?
(maybe its pretty simple)
I hope someone can help me,
Greets from Vienna,
Andreas
