Testing Adapter DRAFT Page

Thank you all for testing, I am leaving the IFRAME as it is until the final
decision.
That thing will be a part of the page below and I would like to have your
opinion before this too is finalized.
This is a draft page, feel free to criticise, comment and propose changes to
the sections (remove or add new sections):

The page is intended to contain only a high-level info about an adapter
(planars, and systems will be added later in the same fashion), it serves in
a sense like a window or pointer or portal to other pages which you and
other people might maintain at their sites. It is intended neither to mirror
existing pages nor to replace them, it is intended only to point to them,
just introduce the item and point to more information elsewhere.

With a window scale of 7, the advertised window of 125 is only 16000 bytes, and it looks based on what follows that TCP has another 16384 to send, so my guess is that TCP was waiting to have enough window, the persist timer expired and TCP then had to say "oh well, send what I can" Probably a coupling with this being less than the MSS involved too. ... and you see the first half of the answer leaving immediately ...
