I would say 'all DOS unzippers'! However, if the install instructions
say this is OK, I guess they've restricted the filenames.

If it's a problem, simply boot Linux (or BSD, or OS/2, or Windows) from
CD, and use the appropriate unzipper from http://www.info-zip.org.
