No current listings (and how do you see what a bidder is bidding on
nowadays?) & the last feedback they left for others is a couple weeks old
too. Paypal can be set up to accept payments automatically, so we are mainly
trying to determine willful misbehavior. Doesn't really look like he has
been active lately.

Wait on the feedback, because you could get a full refund or the item
suddenly shows up. I've been through a couple transactions that way. Also
got stiffed by a seller that had an odd combination of items & claimed he
could come up with a second batch quickly when the first batch was "lost in
shipping".
Sellers will send items to the wrong bidder (happened to me), not like
the high bidder (or not get a reply, like something caught in spam filters)
& pass it off to the next highest bidder (happened to me), not think the
item sold for the right price & try to relist it later (happened to me), or
many other things. If you are game, send me the info you have offline & I'll
look some more. If it is an uncommon last name or you have a phone number
(Paypal transaction details sometimes) it would be very helpful.
