With some diddling around you'll get it. Working on Packard Bell gear
builds character. :-) It may also produce a temper-tantrum here and
there.
I'd say PB stuff is 'reliable enough'...my mother's been using a PB
Legend something-or-another (100CD?) since 1992. Apart from the sound,
CD, NIC and a RAM upgrade, it is still factory stock. Even the Pentium
60 is still original--right down to the FDIV bug...
I've also got one in a tower casing using an AMD K6 CPU and running NT
4.0.
