Can't believe I did this BUT I used the "ask seller a question" and
asked if he accidentally shifted the decimal or put too many zeros in
and I got a reply:
"Item: ANTIQUE IBM COMPUTER (5225720401)
This message was sent while the listing was active.
purplehaze512 is the seller.
No, I didn't put the zeros in accidently. There was a computer just
like this that sold for $2,000 a couple of months ago on e-bay. How
much do you think it's worth?"
Of course I had to tell him that 1) it's not as "rare" as he thinks 2)
it's far from original condition with EGA, IDE or SSCI, 16mb ram,
cdrom, etc and the 386 processor 3) I see no listing in completed ebay
items for more than $50 end price for an AT or anything similar.
I also told him to send the buyer, if he gets one, my way as I have
some older and more factory correct pooters to sell at cut rate ($750
and below LOL)
